What is (Product ) RED and what impact can it have on Society

(RED) was created by Bono and Bobby Shriver, Chairman of DATA to raise awareness and money for The Global Fund by teaming up with the world's most iconic brands to produce (PRODUCT) RED branded products.

A percentage of each (PRODUCT) RED product sold is given to The Global Fund.

The money helps women and children affected by HIV/AIDS in Africa.

What's the meaning of the parentheses or brackets? Well, they are called "embrace."

I believe in the (Product) Red concept, I believe that it can make a difference in the world when corporation become more responsible to it consumers and the environment in with we live.

Recently, I started looking in to cell phone EMF and it possible negative affects on the human body. What I found was that the risk of cell phone damage to the brain causing cancer was high and equal to our early thought of the link to cigarettes’ to cancers.

Each costume designed (BioSkin) RED device comes manufactured with a custom shape embrace (RED) L.E.D and design elevates the BioSkin to the power of red; Thus the name -- (PRODUCT) RED.

Mobile end users can take their purchase to the power of (RED) simply by upgrading their choice for a smart phone skin.

The Risk and Reward in the NEW ECONOMY..

Summary

As you know, I have recently started writing blogs of my thoughts on technology, politics, its risks and rewards in this new economy.

Recently it occurred to me that all around people are panicking over the stock market gyrations coupled with massive job loss and cutback in various industrial sectors, and day by day you see and hear news stories of investors and bankers screaming that the "sky is falling!"

Question: It is really?

When I think about the economic era we find ourselves in, it occurs to me that money really does grow on trees; despite what they teach you in school.

Right now most stocks (if not all of them) are down; three sectors in particular that I pay close attention to are Banking stocks, Mutual funds, and Technology stocks.

Most investment specialist and politicians have been pushing the panic button. Sell!..Sell!..Sell!

But is it a good time to sell? Or should we be buying when others are not?

Question: The Great Opportunity

Its true the DOW, NYSX, TSX and other stock market around the world are down more than 50% since last year and in some cases like the DOW, they are at their lowest in 20 plus years.

When most investors hear that news they pushing the panic button and sell their stocks and bonds at some sliding price in an effort to reduce their losses somehow feature.

What most people / equity investors don’t seem to realize is that we are at the bottom of the stock market bust now! The DOW is starting / hovering around the 6,950 mark; this is where the real economy meets the equity speculative Wall Street money making machine. Stocks have never been cheaper to own, banking stocks are way, way down, and mutual funds are also on the decline as well as may more.

Now despite all of this uncertainty, you know that banks are not going to go away, especially the ones that the Feds are bailing out. Why you may wonder? Well, this is due to their ties in the real economy and means of motivating an individual through the control that comes with the dollar; i.e. “mans need to control each other while enjoying prosperity” now beyond this obvious fact, Banking stocks and mutual funds have a lot of hidden treasures i.e. other more potential profitable firms within their portfolios.

Question: Is this a good time to sell?

If you did not sell when the market was at 9,000 or even 7,000 it too late now; what’s the point in selling at this level? You may as well stick around for the ride! And quite a ride it has been and will continue be to the end of 2009.

Today the DOW is around 6,900 and although I say buy, and buy now, I do think it may fall to around the 6500 levels for 2009.

Question: When is a good time to buy?

Buy, Buy, Buy..

I say now is that time to buy stocks, but don’t just buy whatever is cheap, be picky. In a bull market you can afford to be more general when deciding to buy a stock, in fact it is always time to buy; but in a bear market it can be difficult to know when to buy.

Now we are far past the bear market, in a recession like what we have today, especially one like the one we fined our self in now; and the stock market is at the levels we see today. This picture presents a great time to buy stocks, well certain stocks; at a steal of a price too.

You know the old adage, don’t buy when the price is high; buy when it is low.

Well they are not going to get any lower than what they are now!

I like to think of these economic times as the opportunity to get rich over the next 5 to 10 years.

Imagine if back in the 80’s you bought stocks, little by little and you held on to them for a few years, then came the 90’s Boom; you would have made a really good ROI when you sold them.

Now remember in the mid 90’s if you purchased stocks in a bear market and then you sold them in the 2000’s, chances are that you would be some what richer than you are today.

Now let’s take that example and apply it to today’s market conditions. Think about the return in a couple years!!

Question: If you are buying, what do you buy and why..?

Here is the places were most people get stuck, they just don’t know which companies to buy stocks, they don’t know what will fail and what will be around for the long hall. Most people just don’t know were the opportunity is at..?

Now before I go on, let me just say that I’m neither trying to sell you a program, nor am I advocating any particular companies stocks to buy.

Initially I am just sharing my world and economic opportunity views with you in this new economy, then you decide.

Question: Opportunity sector

Without question technology affects our day to day lives; and our need for more energy as well as energy conservation is of growing concern to governments around the world. Therefore, it is conceivable that technology companies that play a role in energy conservation technologies will be a great opportunity to get in on today.

Does anyone remember Ballard Power System? When they first came out they were a leader in fuel cell technology; their stock made lots of people very rich over night; this is the opportunities that await you, if you have the eye for good stock picks like I do and you have the time to wait! The simple rule of thumb that I use is this…if president OBAMA is investing tax payer’s cash into a sector like green energy, of refitting government building etc, then I am investing my cash into, especially green energy efficient orientated firms, firms that are into making smarter products for your home.

Will the market come back..?

Yes the market will come back; in fact we know this historically speaking. The difference is will you be one of the people that got on the train at the bottom and rode it back to the top..! Or will you be on the sidelines wishing that you did and saying to your self next time, next time I will buy in for sure! Or I will wait till the prices come down again!

So for all intents and purpose, this economic recession is more like a reset in the have not's and the have’s, it presents a redistribution of wealth for the masses, for thoughts that always wished to have had the chance to get is back in the early days of stock market here is your chance.

How long you have to stick around for? The answer is how long do you have to retire? Long term thinking should be the model. Two (2) years before you start to see a rise in the stock market and between (2) and five (5) years expect to see a bull markets. And then up, up and away!

Although I have given you the general rule of thumb for investing in the economy around technology and efficiency companies there are lots of other very good companies out there that have over the years aggressively invested in developing markets that will start to see earlier investments pay off even though consumer confidence is low.

In future articles, I will give you specific companies and reason why to invest..

Health Imprecations Of Long Term Use Of Cell Phones

In today's Hi-Tech world it's hard to keep up with the latest and greater cellular phones, games consoles and other communication devices. This Blog is an expose of the pros and cons of the latest cellular phones on the market. In this Blog expose we will investigative, the health imprecations of long term use of cell phones; in so far as EMF emissions, to how to make your cell phone look cooler and at the same time protect it with a nice special composite silicon case, faceplate or cover. We will also discuss new and future accessories, software applications like Twitter, Facebook_blutooth level two and more.

Here you will see all the latest phones, skins and available software on the market today such as, the Blackberry & Twitterberry, iPhone, Motorola, LG, Samsung, and lots more. You will find reviews and information on the cellular phones as well as a great range of special composite silicon case, faceplate and other custom cover cases and Faceplates which you can get to update or personalize your cellular phone as they become available from www.bioskinema.com

Don't you just hate it when you buy a new phone today; one that you think is the "Coolest" device ever made. It may come with the hottest applications, fastest communications 2G or now 3G. Noting that 4G is right around the corner. If you are like me; you might have spend a few hundred bucks, plus 2 to 3 year contracts and before you even get it out of the box their is a new one that has come out. Personally, I hate this; but that is the world of technology. In particular cell phone technology. So if you are like me once again; you have a blackberry of some kind and or an iPhone etc. Noting that I am 100% techno-geek and having the newest cell phone and applications is a must for me! What can I say, other than "I love the dam things"

That said, I found myself buying all the newest cell phone all the time. I have a dresser draw full of not so old and some so old it would make my grandmother look young again phones. Needless to say I soon found it expensive to keep doing this; One day I was having lunch with a friend and she pulled out her phone and on it was a really cool cell phone skin. I asked her were did she get it from and she told me. That night I went online and ordered my first cell phone skin from an online retailer. With that one order I was smitten. I had discovery some thing new and my brain was flowing with ideas! Not long after I started to notice Skins on everyone's cell phone!

But, although I could buy a thin colorful skin for my phone, I could not get any super colorful silicon skin for my phone. It seems to me that I had to choice between a think sticker skin or a dull Red, Black, White or Pink Skins for my phone. This frustrated me tremendously; add to that frustration was my un-feathered fair that perhaps my cell phone was harming my health. This fair partly came from a news story that mentioned how cellular phone manufactures could not get liability insurance form London Life. So I ask u.. Why couldn't a Motorola, LG, Samsung get liability insurance for the devices that they make and sell to the general public, hummmm ? does London Life know some thing that I don't..? The fact was I within myself fleet that my Blackberry electromagnetic (EMF) was harming my brain; And I know that I am not the only one out their. But what could I do about this? And with that the BioSkin EMA was born!

Twitterees

Rise of the Twitters

So I was sitting in my car the other day at a red light, with my 3 year old son strapped in the back seat, when my friend begins twittered me. I had just signed up to the service and had not used it before on my Blackberry.

I was surprised as to the functionally of the application, it goes beyond facebook, MySpace and lots of other social networking sits out their.

I found twitter to be an excellent tool for those who still commune by glance and gesture; to "twitter" roughly means to express an abbreviated thought or observation in real time to a live, self-selecting audience of brain voyeurs. People who want to know your every cogitation and sign up for the privilege.

Twitter is shorter than a blog posting; a "tweet" consists of a concise sentence or two and essentially answers the question: What are you up to ?

Often, the answer is not riveting, as in: "at a red light going to work." Other times, as in the recent US election, twitterers have been put to constructive use, such as reporting possible poll shenanigans. Of course in Canada we are not fully up on twitter and how it can impact our politics yet.

Under ideal circumstances, a tweet would offer something insightful -- or newsy, such as: "I just saw a accident."

As, in fact, I did that evening of my twit-initiation. Instantly, my friend's twitterees -- all 10 of them -- knew what I say that evening at the stop light.

In this instant Information communication Age: Knowing is equal to Being.

Twittering isn't entirely new, of course. The Facebook generation has been sort of twittering for years, posting prosaic bulletins about their whims and whereabouts, providing a glimpse of what the world would be like if hummingbirds could type: "Arie is busy busy!"

The Twitter Phenomenon

So I just joined Twitter.com and I must say that this twitter phenomenon is very real, people every ware on it. The main reason I joined twitter was because I was adding it to our firms BioSkin EMA device so mobile phone user with older phone that are not as fast as the new Blackberry Bolds / iPhone could have all the latest applications with out the need to go out and buy a new $599.00 new smart phone.

As I programmed the BioSkin EMA board with the Twitter mobile application. I soon discovered that Doctors operating on patents are using twitter to share information in real time to collages all around the world! Rise of the Twitterati in our vocab has been overnight, the technology has spread far and wide and it was with this in mined that I decide to include the application on BioSkin EMA device. Soon u will be able to Twitterati on cell phone five years back thanks to Intellectual Property Right Technology Inc.

What do you think about Twitter and Twitterati’s ?
